First get a medium sized bowl.

Add two cups of flour, I use cheap flour.

Then add 1 1/2 cups of water, and as much glue as you think.
Note: The more glue you add, the stickier your mixture will be.

Tear newspaper in thin strips.

Dip the Newspaper in the pot of paper mache.
Then apply to RC course, where necessary.

It should turn out looking something like this.
Apply multiple strips of newspaper.
